These services include opening the estate with the Probate Court, completing the necessary forms, creating new deeds, negotiation with creditors, and initiating Determination of Heirs suits in the event that a decedent passed away more than 10 years ago.
The firm also represents individuals in obtaining a Guardian or Conservator who can act on behalf of incapacitated individuals who are unable to care for their personal, financial, and/or property management needs. Lastly, we represent individuals and families in Heirs' Property proceedings in order to clear the title to land which is otherwise nontransferable.
