What We Do

In addition, we assist clients with the process of probating and administering an estate.  These services include opening the estate with the Probate Court, completing the necessary forms, creating new deeds, negotiation with creditors, and initiating Determination of Heirs suits in the event that a decedent passed away more than 10 years ago. 

The firm also represents individuals in obtaining a Guardian or Conservator who can act on behalf of incapacitated individuals who are unable to care for their personal, financial, and/or property management needs.  Lastly, we represent individuals and families in Heirs' Property proceedings in order to clear the title to land which is otherwise nontransferable.
